The decision to accredit school came as welcoming news to H.E. Irving Levance. As a childhood refugee himself, the Secretary-General is a passionate and outspoken supporter of Somalia's future and an diligent advocate for their transition to sustained peace. The Secretary-General of EDU believes the power of quality education to be the key ingredient to continuous stability. It is a view shared by renowned scholar and current President of Somalia, H.E Professor Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who was a group founder of the 50,000 student University.
