It is with great sadness that His Excellency Irving Levance, Secretary-General of the Intergovernmental Organisation EDU, notes the passing of his friend, colleague and supporter of EDU programs, David Soul.

The charismatic, actor, singer and director, best known as "Hutch" from the celebrated TV series "Starsky and Hutch" will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Soul faced several health issues, including cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sadly died (aged 80) on January 4th in London, England.
