1. Purpose

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to establish a framework for mutual recognition and collaboration between EDU and IETO in promoting peace, and stability globally via education and trade. Together, education and trade create a virtuous cycle: skilled workers fuel trade, and trade revenues fund further education, lifting living standards and fostering sustainable prosperity.

2. Objectives

● To foster collaboration in the fields of education and trade.

3. Areas of Collaboration

The parties agree to collaborate in the following areas:

● Mutual Recognition: Acknowledge and support each other’s processes and standards and to recognize the Inter-governmental Certificate of Degree Equivalence (ICDE). 

● Capacity Building: Collaborate on initiatives to empower institutions and individuals through education and trade
