"After strong recommendations from  the WHO on trying to curb the further spread of the coronavirus, I mandate complete suspension of all EDU meetings and official travel until July 31 2020. Although I deeply saddened by the inability for our staff and other volunteers to carry out their duties under such circumstances, we must be mindful of a greater impact if ignored. This killer virus has lead to thousands of deaths since appearing in Dec 2019. Millions may die before this virus is under control.  All of the world's people must, therefore follow the advice of their governments and health officials. Stay safe."  H.E. IRVING LEVANCE
